About The Kiva Fellows Program

The Kiva Fellows Program offers qualified individuals the rare opportunity to put their skills to work in support of Kiva’s mission — to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty. Applicants chosen for the program serve as Kiva’s eyes and ears on the ground, working directly with our Field Partners in the United States and in over 70 countries around the globe. The Kiva Fellowship is an unpaid, volunteer position designed to increase Kiva’s impact and offer participants a unique insider experience.

As a Kiva Fellow, you will have the opportunity to:
